They sought Aurora’s expertise to identify any gaps and provide recommendations for the business change. The Approach

Aurora's team engaged with various stakeholders across business lines to assess current state processes and procedures. Aurora then provided recommendations, based on in-depth knowledge of industry best practice, to enable full business readiness for implementation of the chosen technology. Aurora helped the client manage risks by identifying potential pitfalls and ensure they are avoided further down the line.

The team then reviewed and analysed the high-level requirements, assessed against target state objectives, and provided recommendations. Finally, the capabilities of the preferred CLM vendor solution were assessed against requirements and compared with other vendors to ensure the proposed solution aligned to business principles and objectives.
