Aurora was engaged to design the target operating model for a leading fund manager, to improve their CLM processes and increase efficiency. Aurora worked closely with stakeholders across the organisation, following 10 design principles agreed with the client.
In advance of implementing a new CLM technology solution, the client had a pressing need for a target state operating model, focused on increasing onboarding efficiency, standardising processes and enhancing customer experience.
Aurora conducted a full current state assessment across a series of in-person stakeholder workshops, before gathering and validating requirements for target state design.
Aurora worked closely with the client and technology vendor to ensure the technology integration scope was correctly aligned to client requirements.
Members of the Aurora team provided additional support throughout technology implementation, to ensure target state design was accurately executed.
